The competition with Microsoft is a big threat, how do you assess this risk? IMO sometimes there could be place for several players in the same space but with different customer type.
There is indeed competition from Microsoft, and Microsoft is a strong player. However, I believe both the DevOps and CRM sectors are broad enough to accommodate multiple players. That said, the CRM space is highly competitive, and it’s difficult to identify a clear market leader.
My current picks are GitLab and Monday.com—I like their execution and their active focus on improving their products.
