Honestly, I wasn’t impressed by $GTLB’s Q2 results.
The guidance for next quarter was weak, with revenue growth expected to slow — and significantly lag behind GitHub’s ~+40% growth (as reported by Microsoft few quarters ago), despite GitHub’s much smaller revenue base. This suggests GitLab may be struggling to compete with GitHub.
Dollar-based net retention continues to decline, and customer additions were weak.
Because of this, I’m considering either closing or reducing my $GTLB position.

Good to know. I’m really not familiar with them and others like GitHub. Better stick to what I know.
